Case Manager & Construction Associate
Mike Reddy

(802) 323-9853

Mike Reddy lives to share the joy of collectively building community resilience, cultivating communal abundance and expanding the commons. As Mike was reading Jimmy Dunson’s book “Building Power While the Lights Are Out” his community experienced a 6-day power outage. The synchronicity inspired him to connect with others in the area to begin strengthening local mutual aid networks — just in time to respond to the historic flooding of 2023. In addition to saving the region’s existing housing stock through disaster relief and recovery work, Mike is trying to develop perpetually-affordable, owner-occupied homes as a board member of Headwaters Community Trust.
